This fantastic and spacious four-bedroom villa is safely located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a private community of villas in Petitenget, less than a kilometer from the beach, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars in Bali and a short taxi – drive from Seminyak.
The focus of this beautiful tropical house is the 14 meter long private swimming pool – framed by a pair of two-storey pavilions arranged in an L-shape, with a third side taken over by the sun deck and the traditional gazebo / bale at the pool.
But the showpiece of the villa is definitely the beautiful semi-open living room – a huge fan-cooled room that leads directly to the pool terrace, where guests can settle down in comfortable couches or gather around the huge teak dining table. Behind (but out of sight) is the shiny modern kitchen where the villa chef prepares delicious meals and snacks throughout the day, served by the extremely friendly staff who ensure an optimum 24-hour service in between.
LAYOUT
The enormous semi-open, fan-cooled living and dining pavilion of this special villa with an area of 735 m2 (total area is 1,000 m2) has a vaulted roof, walls of wood and Indian stone and polished marble floors. The dining area with teak table offers space for 10 and can be extended to 20 people. Sonos sound system with extensive music library, controlled by an iPad is available for use by guests.
Media room with deep armchairs in front of a 50-inch plasma screen, cable TV, DVD player and state-of-the-art Yamaha surround sound system and a built-in desk with computer with internet access, a separate dining table with space for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen or the fan cooled, wood-covered gym are facilities that make this villa an ultimate and very complete vacation villa.
The large 14×6 m private swimming pool with a cascade of stones from the Himalayas is surrounded by a wooden terrace with 6 comfortable sun beds with umbrellas, a traditional bale / gazebo, an outdoor shower and beautiful landscaped tropical gardens.
The four air-conditioned bedroom suites are located in a separate two-storey sleeping pavilion at one end of the swimming pool. All rooms have sliding glass doors with teak shutters, polished wooden floors, handmade wooden ceilings, a 32-inch TV and beautiful furniture enriched with Jim Thomson silk.
The bedrooms on the top floor have king-size beds (convertible into twin beds) and share a long balcony with lounge beds overlooking the garden. The bathrooms have double sinks, a toilet, a bath and a rain shower.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds that can also be configured into Kingsize beds. Both have semi-open garden bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a rain shower and an additional outdoor shower.
There are many places to retreat. How about a workout in the well-equipped gym? What do you want in the air-conditioned media room (where you can also view your e-mails on the computer)?
