Natural stone gives the house a unique design. The spacious indoor living area features incredible artwork and ample seating areas. The living area with glass walls can be closed off and air-conditioned, or opened to the enormous pool terrace. The indoor dining room features colorful seating, while the gourmet kitchen with wooden cabinetry and sleek marble countertops opens to the view.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, Apple and satellite TV, an in-room safe, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower with outdoor access and double vanity. One bedroom is located on the main level, while the other 2 bedrooms are situated upstairs and can be accessed by an elevator. Two bedrooms have private terraces and dressing rooms.
The pool terrace stretches the entire length of the villa and offers several shaded areas for lounging near the 20-meter-long heated pool. A small garden features an unusual modern lounger, while the covered terrace houses an outdoor living room and dining area. This villa, which is handicapped accessible, also comes with an elevator, barbecue, wine cooler, a Sonos sound system and WiFi.
