Villa Summertime is a welcome addition to the palette of villas on the hillside above the Christopher hotel in Pointe Milou. Formerly known as villa Capri, this villa was completely reconstructed, adding a larger pool and a 4th bedroom, as well as modern amenities.
The main living space, which dominates the house, can be fully closed off and air-conditioned, but can also be opened up on both sides. This allows the natural breezes to cool off the space and seamlessly connect it to the deck and heated pool. The extended, gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped, and is open to the convivial living with a large L-shaped sofa to enjoy the views onto the deck and the ocean beyond.
On either side of the living are two equal bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is one floor down, with the same amenities as the upstairs rooms. A real master bedroom is on the lowest floor. This room is more generous and offers maximum privacy, a king sized bed, and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite TV, as well as a BlueTooth station.
The layout of this villa makes it a perfect getaway for a family, or families traveling together, but will also suit couples.
