DISPOSITION
This fantastic, modern and elegant villa has a total area of 1300 m2. The semi-open “big room” connects the elegant living and dining rooms with a fully equipped American kitchen in Western style for breakfast and casual meals. Large, comfortable sofas are comfortable in a sunken living room with a large flat-screen TV and in front of an elegant dining area with a dining table for 10 people. An open staircase leads to a study room with a private terrace and a panoramic view.
Indoor and outdoor living are connected by folding glass doors with high ceilings and open directly onto the large pool terrace where lounge chairs and shaded loungers catch the refreshing coastal breeze. An indoor sala is the perfect place for alfresco dining and poolside barbecues.
For fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym with a variety of machines, and an outdoor spa overlooks the beautiful view.
