The air-conditioned living room has comfortable white sofas and chairs, and a wall of windows to take advantage of the view. A long breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living room. The dining room opens to the pool and deck.
All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and private bathrooms complete with showers. Three bedrooms have king-size bed, while one bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fifth bedroom on the lower level is ideal for teens or a nanny and has twin beds.
An expansive deck surrounds a large infinity pool, and is an ideal place to sunbathe or relax in the shade under the portico. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and U.S. satellite TV.
