LAYOUT
There are three different The Layar Villas with three bedrooms on the Estate, with villa areas between 250-295 m2 and total areas between 600-670 m2.
The modern and special, huge open living and dining rooms have a particularly raised platform next to the kitchen, which automatically expands towards the swimming pool and garden. The living areas are laid out with a spacious lounge / lounge area and a separate dining area.
Because of the different designs, the 3 bedroom villas have alternately a partly open, partly covered veranda, beautiful stone sun terraces with comfortable sun beds, lounge sofas and sloping turquoise swimming pools between 50-75 m2. The large green lawns and stylishly designed tropical gardens offer ample opportunity to relax, for children to play or to socialize with each other under the clear starry sky in the evening.
