LAYOUT
In Villa Boa you really live like a Balinese because all living spaces are half-open, so that indoor and outdoor living come together perfectly. The stylish and minimalist design is contemporary but at the same time attractive.
The villa itself has an area of 262 m2 and includes a total area of 500 m2 including garden. The living room has a separate seating area, a stylish dining area for 6-8 people and a fully-equipped modern open kitchen. The room is equipped with a Bose sound system and has ceiling fans due to the half-open spaces.
The sleek, tropical garden has a spacious and cozy lounge in the open air and there are two sun terraces on both ends of the private swimming pool of 16 x 4 meters. On the second floor of the villa there is also a roof terrace with ocean views: an ideal place to have breakfast or lounge while enjoying the sunset.
The Master Bedroom with air conditioning on the first floor has a queen-size bed, a flat screen television, a safe, a ceiling fan and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a rain shower and a bathtub. From your bed you have a view and access to a large terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding rice fields.
The other two modern and at the same time stylishly furnished bedrooms with air conditioning in the garden annex have split queen beds, a flat screen television, a ceiling fan, a safe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with double sinks and a rain shower.
