The main living room, which has a cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV, opens to a terrace with an outdoor living area facing the view. Located adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, breakfast nook, and rollaway kitchen block. A unique feature is the nearby billiard table, which converts into a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.
The master bedroom is located off the living room through an office area with central air and a wine cooler. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with his and her showers, and a pop-up flat-screen TV.
The other 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. The fourth bedroom, which has an additional rain shower, is designed like a small apartment with a kitchenette and sitting area.
