Villa Olive is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hilltop estate offers a panoramic view of the bay.
Built into volcanic rock, this house uses natural materials to create teak walkways, sculptural walls, desert gardens, and grand pavilions. To the left of the entrance is a living room with white couches, ottomans, and glass doors, which opens on all sides to the view. Located in a separate pavilion is the well-equipped kitchen, which opens to the dining area with a large table and view. A second, outdoor dining area is located on the teak deck.
Just past the living room are 2 bedrooms, each in separate buildings divided by a teak walkway. The other 2 bedrooms are located to the right of the entrance. These spacious bedrooms are decorated in white with photographic art, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and concealed shelves. Each bedroom has a European queen-size bed, a dressing room, an ensuite bathroom with dual rain showerheads, and access to the teak deck with view.
An expansive teak deck with palm trees, a cushioned living area, and loungers surrounds the large heated infinity pool. A long, covered teak walkway along the back of the house connects the rooms and features a small lounging pavilion at each end.
The house also has WiFi, a sound system, and U.S. satellite TV. Parties in the villa are accepted only upon request from the manager or owner.
