LAYOUT
The huge air-conditioned penthouse has a total area of 735 m2. The light and modern living room combines the living room, dining room and bar in one open space with a sea view and direct access to the terrace.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is equipped with a double fridge-freezer, an oven and a five-burner gas stove (ideal for self-catering or to be pampered by the private chef). The television room has a home theater system and is furnished with lounge sofas that can be converted into sofa beds to create an extra bedroom.
The elongated terrace with an infinity pool of 20×5 meters has a wooden gazebo platform that floats above the swimming pool with two chic wooden loungers. An elongated dining table for 8 people including barbecue provide the opportunity to eat outside.
In addition, there are comfortable sun beds, a love seat and outdoor shower on the large pool terrace.
2 Master Bedrooms: Two identical, spacious and air-conditioned master suites with king-size beds, flat screen televisions, round lounge sofas, ceiling fans and walk-in closets have direct access to the pool and spectacular views of the Andaman Sea from the ceiling-high windows with sliding doors.
The large ensuite bathrooms are furnished with a free-form bathtub, a shower, a make-up table and double sinks.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: these two air-conditioned guest rooms are located at the rear of the Penthouse overlooking the exotic hills of the Naithon area. They both have two single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed on request), a flat-screen TV, a desk and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathrooms have a few washbasins and a private shower.
