Villa Lao is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa in Corossol, located a 5-minute drive from the beach, shopping, and the nearest town. Situated high in the hills, Villa Lao offers stunning sunset views.
A double garage on the lower level features a stairway, which ascends to the main level. The indoor living area is divided into 2 spaces. On one side is the large modern kitchen, which is well equipped. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area and living room, which can fully open to enjoy natural breezes and ocean views beyond the pool terrace.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, U.S. and French satellite TV, Apple TV, iPod docking stations, an in-room safe, screens, and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi. The upstairs bedroom has ocean views and a large, separate bathroom. The second bedroom is located behind the living room, while the third bedroom is situated on the lower level.
An extensive terrace with a large, heated infinity pool stretches out in front of the living room. A cozy gazebo at the far end of the terrace provides a shaded sitting area for watching sunsets. A separate, air-conditioned media room provides additional seating, while the fitness room is well equipped.
