Villa L’ Abricotier is a 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers a spectacular view of the ocean.
The house is tastefully decorated in shades of periwinkle blue, beige, and off-white. The spacious and open living and dining area has 3 remote-controlled walls that can be opened to the terrace with view or closed off entirely. The living area also has dark bamboo shades, which can be pulled down to protect against the afternoon sun.
A breakfast bar separates the modern, well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances from the living area and indoor dining room, which comfortably seats 6 guests. The deck also features a small outdoor dining area, which accommodates 4 people.
The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are located a few steps up on the second level. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and French doors that open onto a small private terrace. The floors on this level are made of bamboo wood. The villa has an optional 3rd bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom accessed from the parking area. This is best suited for a teen or a babysitter.
A deck with teak lounge chairs and an outdoor shower surrounds the infinity pool, which is heated in winter. Adjacent to the pool is a well-equipped wet bar with stools, making this an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, beach chairs, a charcoal barbecue, a fax machine, and French satellite TV.
Villa L’ Abricotier comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.
