Villa La Roche dans l’Eau is a 3-bedroom villa located in Grand Fond within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The grounds are artistically landscaped with natural rock elements, making the villa very private, and yet open to gorgeous ocean views.
The modern living room has minimalist décor and opens to a spacious outdoor living area and pool. The living area leads to a well-equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. A second dining area is located outside under the covered terrace.
On either side of the living room are 2 identical bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is located upstairs and accessed by an exterior staircase. This bedroom has a king-size bed, U.S. satellite TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The pool features a sloping “beach” with swimming currents and a cleverly situated rock in the middle, which inspired the villa’s name, “Roche dans l’Eau” or “Rock in the Water.” The house also has WiFi and a gas grill.
Villa La Roche dans l’Eau comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.
