Villa La Plage is a 7-bedroom villa located on Lorient Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea and beach.
The large living room has beautiful slate flooring, several sofas and chairs and large sliding doors that open onto the terrace and view. The kitchen offers a well-equipped space to prepare gourmet meals, while the gas barbecue on the terrace is ideal for grilling local ingredients.
The main house has 5 bedrooms with king-size beds, while a private cottage houses the other 2 bedrooms. The bungalow offers a living area and a small kitchen. Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, dressing area, and private terrace. All rooms have Apple TV.
A central, large interior courtyard is furnished with chairs, tables, a wet bar, and a heated Jacuzzi that can accommodate 10 guests. A large deck with sunny and shady lounge areas surrounds the arched swimming pool, which is heated in winter and has ambient lighting at night.
The air-conditioned house also comes with WiFi, French satellite TV, and water sports equipment: 2 sea kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 2 surfboards. Guests also receive a welcome gift of a drink and snack upon arrival. Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily.
Villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, and concierge and turndown service. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa only welcomes children, ages 8 and younger, when accompanied by a babysitter.
