Villa Kavaya is an elegant villa in colonial style, tastefully decorated with selected antiques and finished in recycled teak. The tropical villa close to the beach in Canggu, in the heart of the picturesque village of Pererenan.
The villa is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by a river and lush rice fields. In the middle of the extensive garden is a large infinity swimming pool bordered by a pool deck with several sun loungers. On one side of the swimming pool, a joglo is perfectly placed for barbecue parties and attractively furnished with a Chinese opium bed for relaxing and lounging for hours.
Two hammocks and a lounge set are located on the porch of the main house, which serves as an extension of the comfortable covered living room with air conditioning. The two spaces are separated by huge sliding glass doors, which can also be opened to let in the cool tropical breeze.
Villa Kavaya consists of five sleeping suites that are ideally configured for families or a group of friends. Three are housed in the main house and each has a super king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with bath, an indoor and outdoor shower. The other two suites are located in separate annexes to the garden, both are furnished with a king-size bed and feature a private bathroom with rain shower, overlooking the pool and garden.
A team of friendly and professional staff includes a talented chef who prepares meals from an extensive suggestion menu with Western and Asian dishes. A car and driver can be arranged in advance if guests wish to explore the rest of the magical Island of God (for a fee).
LAYOUT
The large air-conditioned living room of the villa has a high traditional roof and combines a cozy sitting area with a fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island and in between a dining area with a table for 10 people.
Through several wide sliding doors you have direct access to the attractive covered porch, where a spacious lounge area and two hammocks offer the opportunity to spend hours relaxing with each other and enjoying the magnificent view of the vast tropical garden and the enormous swimming pool of 18×6. meter. A large round dining table offers the possibility to have breakfast, lunch and barbecue in the evening.
The villa also has its own sauna on the terrace and options for arranging an in-house massage and spa treatment. In the large tropical garden there is a joglo by the swimming pool with a beautiful traditional Chinese opium bed, an ideal place to relax, read or have a siesta in the shade.
The Master Bedroom and the Keanu & Vahine bedrooms are all located in the main building.

The fourth Gladak bedroom is set in an antique wooden gladak overlooking the pool and gardens. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a toilet and a rain shower.
The fifth Kaya bedroom is housed in a separate annex next to the sauna, close to the swimming pool. Furnished with a king-size bed, desk, armchair, LCD TV with satellite channels and DVD player plus JBL Bluetooth speaker make this room an ideal additional guest room. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a toilet and a rain shower.
