Villa Carl Gustav is a contemporary, 2-bedroom villa with beautiful views and is just a short drive from Gustavia and St. Jean.
Situated on the hill in between Gustavia and St. Jean, Villa Carl Gustav offers the proximity of shops, restaurants, beaches and great views of the bay at the entrance of Gustavia, with all the boats and yachts. On clear days, even St. Maarten can be seen on the horizon. There are equally nice views from the entrance of the villa, with the hills of St. Jean and Lurin in the distance, as well as part of the St. Jean bay.
The L-shaped villa has two bedrooms, separated by the outdoor dining area. The main room is to the left of the entrance, which fully benefits from the views and can be fully air-conditioned. It has a cozy seating space and a smart TV with U.S. satellite and French internet channels, a dining area and a modern kitchen with a breakfast island.
To the right of the entrance is the guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is just outside, on the other side of the outdoor dining. This room is slightly larger and comes with a U.S. king-sized bed, closets and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside is the covered dining area in front of the deck that surrounds the pool and which leads into a nice garden with the views beyond. Sun lovers will appreciate the extended deck that makes it possible to benefit from the sun nearly all day long.
Villa Karl Gustav comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.
