The imposing Villa Issi is a (holiday) dream come true for lovers of modern, minimalist aesthetics. LAYOUT
The large and modern furnished living room has wide, black leather chairs and couches for a 55-inch television. The spacious and fully equipped designer kitchen has a large dining table for 12 people. There is also a massage room and fitness room with 32-inch TV on the ground floor.
The clear white-walled interior is characterized by uncluttered simplicity and opens the various living areas to the outside through glass sliding walls or stays closed off with too much heat for coolness and comfort with air conditioning.
In the garden of the huge 1500 m2 brush is a covered BBQ area with a solid wooden picnic table next to the swimming pool. The porch enclosed by design grilles wraps around two sides of the top floor and bridges the pool to the sunset deck. The 25×4 elongated infinity pool is next to large hardwood terraces and comfortable loungers. The lawn in the tropical garden is a great place to relax in the shade of frangipani trees.
The two bedrooms of the main building have views over the treetops, while two more rooms are privately located in a guest pavilion in the garden.
Upstairs bedrooms: the first spacious and air-conditioned room has hardwood floors, a remote-controlled, hidden flat screen TV that automatically pops out of the closet, conceptual art, king-size bed, comfortable armchairs and ceiling-high full-length mirror. The semi-open bathroom has double sinks, a toilet, two showers and a bathtub.
