Villa Gustavia Hill, is a 1-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach and shopping. This modern house looks out to the Caribbean, and is completely quiet despite being near the harbor.
The villa is decorated in warm colors, rich woods, antique furniture, and objects from around the world. In the dining room, a large teak table from India can seat up to 8 guests, while the well-equipped kitchen is accented with wood and stainless steel. A small, more private room serves as an office and library, as well as a comfortable space for listening to music or watching TV.
The bedroom is decorated in delicate shades of gray and white, which are offset by the English mahogany furniture. The bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, and looks out onto the patio.
With hammock and palm trees caressed by the trade winds, the patio is an ideal place for a siesta or stargazing. From the large terrace on the ocean side, one can see all the surrounding islands, spectacular sunsets, and observe sailing boats in the harbor.
An outside staircase gives direct access to a second terrace, which directly hangs over the water. Down from the lower terrace is a plunge pool. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a home cinema with Apple TV, and French satellite TV.
Gustavia Hill comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. This villa does not permit children or pets. There is a friendly cat on the premises.
