Villa Golden View is a newly built 2-bedroom villa in the first part of Vitet and offers spectacular views.
Villa Golden View truly has some of the best views of the island. While situated in Vitet, it sits high above Lorient with a wide horizon that spans half of St. Barts, sunsets views and on clear days, St. Martin and Anguilla.
The heated infinity pool seems to plunge into the depths. It is surrounded by a nice deck with seating both in sun and shade along with two separate, outdoor dining tables. The spacious interior has a modern kitchen and a nice living room with a leather sectional. The entertainment center has U.S. satellite and Apple TV as well as a Sonos sound system that can be accessed throughout the property. A small fitness room below the pool completes the villa.
The first bedroom is just off the living room. This spacious room has two large corner windows to fully benefit from the views. The second bedroom is on the second level and accessed by a staircase from the living room and has a small private terrace with seating. Both bedrooms have a U.S. king-sized bed, TV with U.S. satellite and ApplTV, closets and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and is ideal for a family with children, as well as two couples vacationing together.
Villa Golden View comes with house cleaning services six days a week.
