The tropical swimming pool overlooks a vertical garden full of tropical foliage – while a wide sun deck has special built-in sun beds and loungers.
Villa De Suma’s position makes it perfect for guests who want to paint the city red, but the safe estate location and the friendly staff make it equally suitable for families and families. Dozens of restaurants are within walking distance, but if you wish, a private chef is available (for a fee) to prepare generous Western, Indonesian and Asian dishes from the extensive suggestion menu.
LAYOUT
The special villa with a total villa area of 450 m2 (including 600 m2 garden), has a fantastic semi-open and fan-cooled living / dining room with 32-inch LCD satellite TV and entertainment system with Bose speakers.
The sitting / lounge area is romantically decorated and the dining area has a large round dining table with glass top, which can seat eight people. Antiques and artworks from China and Indonesia, chosen by the owner himself, give the room an authentic and atmospheric Asian atmosphere.
Large, well-equipped kitchen with black granite counters is ideal for self-catering, but can of course also be used by a hired chef, who will surprise you every day and spoil you with the most delicious Asian and Western dishes.
In front of the living room is a wide wooden sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols overlooking the green lawn and the tropical walled garden, and a pond with direct access to the large private swimming pool of 12×4 meters.
The four spacious bedrooms are contemporary in style, with large dressing rooms and sleek, glossy bathrooms tiled in black granite and equipped with monsoon showers.
Two of the air-conditioned bedrooms are on the first floor, have King-size beds, a lounge sofa, satellite TV, DVD player, iPod dock with Bose speakers and private verandas overlooking the pool and tropical garden.
The adjacent spacious dressing rooms have their own outdoor plunge pool with a view of the swimming pool. The elegant en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower and toilet, a safe and is tiled in black granite
The two downstairs bedrooms are also furnished with king-size beds, which can be converted into two twin beds if desired. From these bedrooms you have direct access to and views of the garden and swimming pool through ceiling-high patio doors. The bathrooms and dressing rooms are the same as those on the top floor.
