The indoor living room is comfortably furnished with white sofas and opens to the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with slate tile and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 8 and is located just off the kitchen on a covered terrace.
All 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are spacious and have teak, king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, while the third bedroom is located on the lower level adjacent to a well-equipped fitness area with a weight machine, treadmill, and more. The master bedroom opens to the pool deck.
The outdoor, covered living area near the lawn is comfortably furnished with a white sofa, partially set into the wall, and cushioned seats. A second sitting area is also comfortably furnished, set into the wall, and located near the Jacuzzi, which seats up to 6 guests.
The terrace also has a gourmet grill, which is perfect for entertaining outdoors, and 6 chaise loungers. The infinity pool is uniquely shaped like a nautilus shell with a raised-level in the middle. The house also has high-speed Internet, U.S. and French satellite TV, and use of a dryer (a maid uses the washer).
Villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.
