All this offers a canvas for those unique Balinese elements: tropical outdoor life, a garden with fire with orchids, frangipanis and palms and fantastic Balinese employees with a warm smile and a can-do attitude. LAYOUT
This beautiful villa with a total area of 775 m2 (total area with garden is 1,000 m2) has a huge and very stylish semi-open fan-cooled living pavilion with a large cozy sitting / lounge area and a dining table for 10 people, plus a bar and separate butler’s pantry .
From the living pavilion you immediately walk onto the beautiful terracotta terrace where comfortable loungers, bean bags and umbrellas are ready to optimally enjoy the sun and the tropical garden. The huge swimming pool of 21×4 meters invites for a refreshing swim and also has a shallow end for the smaller guests. In the modern gazebo / bale you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together while you can relax afterwards in the modern semi-open lounge area.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook yourself or be pampered daily by the excellent private chef. The cozy TV room with large lounge sofas has satellite TV / DVD and home theater and a separate study with desk.
Casa Brio has two spacious en-suite Master Bedrooms with king-size beds and air conditioning: one with a view of the garden and swimming pool, one on the first floor with a shaded roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Seminyak. These bedrooms have a desk, chairs, 32-inch satellite TV and DVD player.
The large air-conditioned bathrooms have non-slip marble floors, double granite sinks, rain showers, toilets and free-standing modern bathtubs. Next to the bathrooms are walk-in dressing rooms, equipped with kimonos, slippers and a personal safe.
There are two other bedrooms: one on the garden level, the other on the top floor with access to a roof terrace. Both have two single beds that can also be configured to King size beds.
Each of these rooms is adjacent to a large bedroom – ideal for families with younger children. These rooms also include a desk, chairs, 32-inch satellite TV and DVD player. The en-suite bathrooms have stone sinks, rain showers, a toilet and a bathtub.
The media room can if necessary be converted into a fifth bedroom. In addition, Casa Brio can also be rented as a 3 Bedroom Pool Villa.
