Villa Avenstar is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Camaruche within minutes of the beach and shopping. This fully air-conditioned, 3-level villa offers a beautiful view of Lorient Bay.
The main building features a well-designed gourmet kitchen and a modern living and dining area, which opens onto a large terrace and long, heated infinity pool that cascades to the smaller one below.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and opens to a terrace with view. The second bedroom is located next to the living area and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and opens to a terrace with view.
The other bedrooms are located on the lower level. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. This level also offers a large teak terrace with a small pool, which is ideal for kids. A sixth bedroom, located in a separate area, is available upon request and suitable for a chef or nanny.
The non-smoking property comes with a mini-golf course and putting green, which is perfect for golfers. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, a wine cellar, outdoor shower, and U.S. and French satellite TV.
Complimentary breakfast, including baked goods, orange juice and more, is included daily. Guests receive a welcome bottle of champagne and gift in each room upon arrival. The rate is $35,000 per week during Thanksgiving.
Villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.
