Villa Arawak, is a 3-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou, located only 5 minutes from Lorient Beach, and 10 minutes from shopping and the nearest town. Situated on the hillside above the Christopher Hotel, Villa WV ARK enjoys stunning sunset views.
Formerly known as Villa Papillon Blanc, this renovated villa features contemporary materials, bright travertine floors, and a large, open-plan living space that overlooks the wide infinity pool. The living room extends to the outdoor space with its 2 convertible sofas, which can double as daybeds for lounging during the day or watching the stars at night.
The gourmet kitchen connects to the living room and opens to a little patio with a grill at the back of the house. In between the entrance and kitchen is the dining area, which benefits from constant breezes.
On either side of the living room are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with ocean views, a European king-size bed, Apple TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom features a private sitting area and glass sliding doors, which open to the terrace.
A deck frames the non-heated infinity pool. This villa also comes with beach chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, iPod docking stations, U.S. and French satellite TV and WiFi.
Villa Arawak, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
