The architecture of this villa, with a total area of 1200 m2, is simple, modern and uncluttered, with high walls made entirely of glass to take full advantage of the glorious view of the Gulf of Thailand.
It may be modern, but the lovingly maintained garden and the sand-colored paths that run through it blend quietly into the landscape. Friendly images are on the lawns that separate the four-bedroom pavilions.
The spacious air-conditioned lounge by the pool, the TV room, dining room and relaxation room with glass façade on the upper floor all have a wide sea view. A special children’s room is furnished with the right electronics and toys.
The spacious wooden sala in the garden next to the infinity pool of 13×5 meters has two large comfortable lounge beds overlooking the beach. The terrace in front of the living room is furnished with 4 sun loungers, an outdoor dining area for 8 people and a barbecue. And directly from the green lawn you can walk to the beautiful and peaceful Lipa Noi beach.
Master Bedroom: This spacious and luxurious air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed with a sea view, a few steps from the sala, the swimming pool and the beach, a private veranda with large sofa and armchair, a large wardrobe with safe, a TV and DVD player, iPod / iPhone dock and ceiling fan.
